XCEED bot can be invoked by anyone, but only Dr.Reddy's Employees who are having access to XCEED platform with business manager role can do conversation with this bot. Users will be authenticated by Dr.Reddy's Auth Server and User's Google account will be linked with DRL Account. User can get following information from bot.
