ClayBot is an experimental product recommendation agent to help buyers find products that best fit their needs. This is a research prototype showing the potential of recommending products based on knowledge graphs that connect information related to products and product reviews. The data used in the app is based on a sample of products (mainly computing devices so far) and reviews publicly available on the web for illustration purposes only, and do not reflect a comprehensive list of products. This is an experimental research prototype, and is not meant to be used for actually buying the recommended products. The aim is to explore and test novel conversational questions in product recommendation processes. To test this prototype skill say:
"Alexa, launch Clay Bot" to get going;
"I will use it for drawing" to find a computing product that may help you draw;
"Why" to get sample reviews connected to this product relevant to your context of use;
"Next" to get the next review;
"Do you have other options" to get the next best recommended product;
"Thank you" to close the conversation.
