With Climax Smart Home and Alexa, you can change the security mode of your Climax system and control smart home devices and scenes by voice.

There are 2 parts to setting up Climax Smart Home. Enable and Link Accounts here in Alexa Skill. Add/Edit Contacts for burglar alerts and Add/Edit smart home devices and scenes for automation in the Climax portal or App.

To set up Climax Smart Home in Alexa
You first need to register and create an account with Climax portal at https://us.vestasmarthome.com/Vesta

Once you have your account ready:
1. Click on Enable Skill button on this page
2. Then tap on the button that says Link Account
3. The Climax login page will display
4. Enter your username and password
5. Press Login to link your Climax account
6. Click Accept button
7. A screen should display saying 'Account linking successful'

Next, go to Climax Portal to set up your contact list so they will receive burglar alerts, and set up your smart home devices and scenes.

[Security]
To arm the security system when you’re away,
Alexa, arm <security panel> in away mode.

To disarm the security system,
Aelxa, disarm <security panel>.

To arm the security system when you’re home,
Alexa, arm <security panel> in stay mode.

[Smart Home]
To control a power switch,
"Alexa, turn on <device name>."
"Alexa, turn off <device name>."

To control a dimmer,
"Alexa, turn on <device name>."
"Alexa, turn off <device name>."
"Alexa, set <device name> to {0~100}%."
"Alexa, dim <device name> to {0~100}%."

To control a shutter,
"Alexa, turn on <device name>."
"Alexa, turn off <device name>."
"Alexa, set <device name> to {0~100}%."

To apply scenes,
"Alexa, turn on <scene name>."
"Alexa, turn off <scene name>."
