Connect2Affect Connected Communities™ AARP Foundation’s Connected Communities connects older adults to their senior housing communities by enabling them to access community information using just their voice. The Community Hub skill allows residents to hear their community’s calendar of events and empowers residents to discover, register and receive reminders for events. Residents are also able to access the latest community news, alerts, dining options, and even check to see if the mail has arrived. In order to use this skill, your residential community must first register you. Commands: “Alexa, ask Community Hub when the next movie night is” “Alexa, ask Community Hub what’s on the menu” “Alexa, ask Community Hub if the mail is in” “Alexa, ask Community Hub for community news”
