The Connected Annapolis Smart Control skill powered by BGE allows you to control your smart home devices by simply using your voice. You can control your lights, switches, plugs, thermostats, and more!
The Connected Annapolis Smart Control skill is easy to set up:
1. Once you have searched for and found the Connected Annapolis Smart Control skill in the Alexa app, tap “ENABLE”. You will be prompted to sign in to the Connected Annapolis portal to link your Connected Annapolis account to Alexa or Echo Dot.
2. Next, select the devices you’d like Echo Dot or Alexa to control. You can enter custom names for each device (e.g. Amy’s room light, kitchen door, bedroom thermostat, etc.).
3. Finally, select “Done” and then select “DISCOVER DEVICES” or ask Alexa to “Discover Devices”. This process can take up to 20 seconds.
