With the COQON skill for Amazon Alexa, you can control your COQON Smart Home System via voice commands. For control, use the names of the devices and scenes from the Coqon app. Intermediate plugs, flush-mounted actuators and other devices with switching function can be controlled via the signal words "on" and "off", e.g. "Alexa: turn on light in the hallway" or "Alexa: turn off garden sprinklers". Dimmer can also be controlled with the signal words "on" and "off", or via a percentage value, e.g. "Alexa: dim living room to 50%". To control roller shutters, use percentages, e.g.:
"Alexa: set roller shutter children's rooms to 100%" to open the roller shutter completely. "Alexa: set roller shutter bath to 20%" to open the roller shutters one gap wide. Thermostats can be controlled either by the switching state or the temperature:
"Alexa: set living room to 25 degrees" to set the thermostat "living room" to 20 degrees. "Alexa: turn off heating kitchen" to turn off the thermostat "Kitchen". Scenes from Coqon can be activated, the switch state then automatically resets to the "off" after successful execution, e.g.:
"Alexa: turn on garden lighting" to trigger the scene "garden lighting". "Alexa: turn on All Lights Off" to trigger the "All Lights Off" scene. To activate the skill, select the "Activate Skill" button in the Amazon Alexa app. Then link Coqon account and, if you use multiple systems, select the Qbox which devices and scenes you want to control with Amazon Alexa. To be able to use the Coqon Skill with Amazon Alexa, the devices and devices with the corresponding names are synchronized with Amazon. Further processing of this data is carried out by Amazon. Please note that voice control by other people may occur if no voice profiles are used on Amazon Alexa.
