This skill is a workout mix compiling several core exercises like crunches and leg raises and several full body exercises like Burpees and Jumping Jacks which train large muscle groups to facilitate weight loss. The whole workout takes approximately 8-10 minutes to complete and 1 minute is intended for recovery to bring back breathing rate to normal. The short duration of these programme helps one to accommodate this in a busy routine and also no equipment are required so one can perform the whole routine at home. The skill is scheduled for weekdays and Sunday is intended to be a rest day to promote better recovery.
