CoVantage Credit Union voice banking can provide financial information and process transactions from Amazon Alexa. Once you are enrolled in voice banking, you can do things like: • Find your balance • Make a payment to a loan • Transfer funds to your mapped savings
Once you’ve enabled the skill, say “Open CoVantage...”
You can ask about your auto loan: • “Ask CoVantage what is my auto loan balance.” • “Tell CoVantage I want to pay my auto loan.”
You can ask about payments: • “Pay my CoVantage credit card.”
You can make transfers: • “Tell CoVantage to transfer one-hundred dollars from my savings account to my checking.” • “Tell CoVantage to make my auto payment from my checking account.”
To get started, simply enable the skill and link to your CoVantage Credit Union account. You must be enrolled in MyCoVantage to use voice banking. In addition, you will create a personal 4-digit personal identification number (PIN) for an extra level of security. Keep in mind that your financial information may be read aloud or displayed visually after you have provided your PIN.
