Acacia by DMEconnected is a Voice Assistant used in medical offices to help find information and documents to initiate an order for medical equipment and services.
To use Acacia by DMEconnected requires an account set up on https://app.dmeconnected.net. Use the registration code found there to connect your account.
Once you are connected, use your voice prompts to find information on medical vendors, products, medical sales representatives, ICD-10 codes, and more.
For example, to find sales representatives for Home Health Services in zip code 30060, you would say: "Find H.H.S. rep in zip code 30060".
To find vendors for Durable Medical Equipment that provides oxygen in zip code 30060, you would say: "Find O.X.Y. in zip code 30060".
