These tips cut straight through it all and get right to the point with what you need to know to be a better and more knowledgable runner. The ZAP Fitness Foundation founded 2001, is a non-profit running center for Olympic hopeful distance runners and home to ZAP Adult Running Retreats and coaching services. In addition to supporting world-class athletes we aim to provide resources and an environment for achievement in running for all levels of runners.
