How to skip the Flash Briefing news? Just saying 'Alexa, Next', it will play the next news for you. If you want to stop the news, just say 'Alexa, Stop', then it will stop the news at that point, when you come back, it will continue to play the news where you have left.
Note: There are some news might not be playing because there is no daily update information.
