You can also include standard SSML-phrases in your project's responses, to allow an even more realistic experience. In addition, you can assign your own slot variables for trigger phrases and URLs. So, if you have many devices, you don't have to make a new phrase for each. Just assign that as a slot variable with all the possible options. You can even adjust your own confidence threshold or enter your email address to get raw data reports, which is very useful for testing (maybe turn that off once you have your experiments all working perfectly!)
