The DLQI Calculator can indicate your dermatology quality of life index or DLQI It is an easy questionnaire in that will then evaluate the impact of you dermatological disease and treatment on your life.
This DLQI questionnaire is meant for all dermatological diseases, like psoriasis, eczema or chronic spontaneous urticaria and was designed for adults over the age of 18.
In the questionnaire, you will find 10 questions concerning symptoms and feelings, daily activities, leisure, personal relationships and treatment.
The DLQI is obtained by the sum of all the scores of each question, with a minimum of 0 and a maximum of 30 points. The higher the score, the more quality of life is impaired.
This tool also allows you to compare your curent result to your last DLQI results and to check your index evolution over time.
