The Emmi Care Plan skill delivers interactive content to help patients transition safely from the hospital to home and self-manage their COPD/Asthma condition. Throughout the care journey, the care team remains closely aligned to the patient and is alerted to any critical changes in their condition.
Prior to linking this skill, patients must be enrolled in the care plan and receive an access code from the provider. After receiving the access code, you will need to sign up. Please go to https://www.my-emmi.com/alexa-sign-up and input the following information:
o Access Code (refer to patient instruction sheet) o Date of Birth o Email Address o Password
After you finish the sign up, you will need to link your Amazon account to enable this skill. To sign in, use your email and the password you have chosen during sign up.
Note: If this is your first time using an Alexa-enabled device, follow the prompts to set up your voice profile and personal pass code after completing the skill linking process.
