Get Started: To Get Started: Say “Alexa, open e. s. beverage“. Buy your favorite product: You can just say the name of your favorite coffee or say ‘buy coffee’ after Alexa completes the introduction. You can even directly say - “Alexa, ask e. s. beverage to buy coffee” Cancel/Refund: Cancel or refund options are not supported through voice in this skill so you need to either do that from your ES Beverage account or contact ES Beverage support.
The skill uses amazon pay to make the payments via voice. To help protect against unwanted ordering, you can enable a four-digit voice code under "Settings" in the Alexa app.
