Adding a fun aspect to completing tasks, chores, or just being a good person. This skill will allow you to manage your users, add tasks with point values and award points to those who complete tasks. The ability is also added to give users points outside of tasks for doing good, or take away points for the not so good actions.
You can set prizes for the winners in a timeframe you decide, then reset the leaderboard, and prize to start the next adventure of tasks.
To get started you add people to the leaderboard. You can give people points in a few ways
To add / delete people to the game / leaderboard - Tell family tasks to add Liam to the game - Tell family tasks to delete Liam from the game - Tell family tasks to restart the game. This is to start the game over whenever you'd like (each week, month, day etc)
To award / subtract points - Tell family tasks to give ten points to Liam. If the person has not been added to the game already, they will be automatically added. - Tell family tasks Liam has been good ( this awards one point ) - Tell family tasks to take ten points away from Liam - Tell family tasks Liam has been bad ( this takes away one point )
To Add / Delete pre set tasks and point values - Ask family task for the task list. This will give you existing tasks, points, last completed, and by who. - Tell family tasks to add wash the dishes for ten points - Tell family tasks Liam completed wash the dishes. This will award the points set as the value of this task.
You can check the leaderboard to see who has the most points - Ask family tasks who is winning - Ask family tasks for the leaderboard - Ask family tasks how Liam is doing - Ask family tasks how many points Liam has
You can check the task list and point values and also when it was last completed - Ask family tasks for task list
Set the reward / prize for the winner - Tell family tasks the reward is movie time - Ask family tasks what is the reward
