Explore a new way to check your First Financial account balances, pending transactions and more using voice commands! The new First Financial Banking Skill is a convenient way to securely access your account information and transaction history quickly.
It’s quick and easy to get started, in Alexa simply enable the skill and login with your First Financial Online Banking username and password. You will be presented with terms and conditions and once you accept, you will need to create a 6-digit security code for the First Financial skill. For security purposes, you will be asked for your security code whenever you open the skill.
Once you’ve enabled the skill, say “Alexa, open First Financial”.
Here are a few voice commands that you can use:
• Ask for a summary of your information: o “Account summary” o “List my accounts”
• Ask for account balance information: o “What is my checking account balance?” o “What is my balance for account ending in 1234?”
• Ask for pending transactions that are still being processed: o “What are my pending transactions?”
• Ask for recent transactions: o “What are my recent transactions?” o “What is my checking account activities for current month?”
