The First Hawaiian Bank skill is another way to easily access information about your checking, savings, credit card, and loan account balances & transactions!
To get started, you must have an FHB Online account. If you do not have one yet, you can enroll at fhb.com/enroll. Then, simply enable the skill and login with your FHB Online username and password. You will be presented with terms and conditions and once you accept, you will need to create a 6-digit security code for the FHB skill. For security purposes, you will be asked for your security code whenever you open the skill.
Once you’ve enabled the skill, say “Alexa, open First Hawaiian Bank”.
Here are a few voice commands that you can use:
Ask for a summary of your information: “Account summary” “List my accounts”
Ask for account balance information: “What is my checking account balance?” “What is my balance for account ending in 1234?”
Ask for pending transactions that are still being processed: “What are my pending transactions?”
Ask for recent transactions: “What are my recent transactions?” “What is my checking account activities for current month?”
Customer Support Information: “What is the customer support number?” “What are the customer support hours?”
Routing Number: "Tell me my bank’s routing number."
Additional Help: “What commands can I say” “Help”
Logout: “Logout” “End session”
