Helping female entrepreneurs thrive through business wealth and personal health I was your average high school and college student who liked to do things just to say I did them. Playing rugby, running a marathon, bungy jumping and skydiving in New Zealand.. I did it all because I wanted to prove that I could do anything I set my mind to.
I left my corporate job after the birth of my second son to pursue the crazy idea of becoming an entrepreneur. I honestly didn't know what that actually meant other than I wanted to become my own boss and call the shots while ultimately having more time for my family.
Through the ups and downs of navigating unknown territory as an entrepreneur working to grow an impactful business, the one constant in my life and business is the intentional time I set aside each day to focus on my health. My physical and mental health so I can show up as the best mom, wife, and leader in my industry.
