In this podcast. I will use my 11 years of weight lifting to provide tips to beginners, intermediates and advanced individuals looking to improve their self confidence and physique. This podcast will be focused on the science of bodybuilding, training routines/techniques and information on diet and nutrition. I will also use this podcast to impart knowledge about the bodybuilding lifestyle and the obstacles that I have had to overcome from my experience. This could be anything from breaking past plateaus, developing a stronger self confidence, developing a healthy mindset about my body image, having to deal with slow results. I will cover anything and everything I have learned from my 11 year journey, and I continue to learn more everyday!
