With the Frigidaire 2.0 skill and Alexa, you can now interact with your Frigidaire devices by voice. To get started, select the 'Enable Skill' button in the Alexa App to link your Frigidaire account and discover your devices. Supported devices: Air conditioner Dehumidifier
When using the skill, you need established names for your devices. There are two ways to define these names: Use the names you previously set up. They are shown in the Frigidaire app and can be changed Create an Alexa group, like Bedroom or Downstairs, and add the device to the group. Once you know the name or group name for your devices, you can say the following: Alexa, turn on the air conditioner Alexa, set the air conditioner to 64 degrees Alexa, decrease the air conditioner temperature by 2 degrees
