With the FS Home Alexa Skill from Fox & Summit, you can control all of your Fox & Summit Light Bulbs and Indoor Plugs with your voice.
Getting Started: Enable and link the FS Home Skill to your FS Home App login, using the email address and password connected to your FS Home Account. After linking, just tell Alexa “Alexa, discover devices”. The Alexa App will also prompt you to discover new devices once you’ve linked the FS Home Skill.
Here is a list of Alexa commands you can try once you’ve linked the skill. Connected Indoor Plugs from Fox & Summit:
“Alexa, turn on (Indoor Plug name)”
“Alexa, turn off (Indoor Plug name)” Connected Light Bulbs from Fox & Summit:
“Alexa, turn on (Light Bulb name)”
“Alexa, turn off (Light Bulb name)”
“Alexa, dim (Light Bulb name)”
“Alexa, brighten (Light Bulb name)”
“Alexa, dim (Light Bulb name) to 25%” “Alexa, brighten (Light Bulb name) to 100%” “Alexa, set (Light Bulb name) to (color)”
Alexa Groups:
Using the Alexa App, you can group your Light Bulbs or Indoor Plugs. You can even group devices from other brands together. For example, if you have a light fixture with multiple bulbs, you can control all of them with one command.
Indoor Plug groups:
“Alexa, turn on/off (Indoor Plug name)”
Light Bulb groups:
“Alexa, turn on (Light Bulb group name)”
“Alexa, turn off (Light Bulb group name)”
“Alexa, dim (Light Bulb group name)”
“Alexa, brighten (Light Bulb group name)”
