Exercises included in the challenge are leg lifts, crunches, push-ups, sit ups, squats and planks. You can also challenge yourself with extra credit cardio.
This skill is easy to use, just enable the skill and ask Alexa "open full body challenge" the skill will then walk you through starting the 30-day full body challenge. We will track the last day you completed and start you on the next day when you come back to the challenge, if you need to jump to a specific day just say the day you want, example "day eleven". Once an exercise has been started we will play a 30 second uplifting song while you do your exercise, once the song has completed you can ask for "more time" or say "next" to continue to next exercise.
If you are not familiar with the exercise's listed we recommend you take some time to research best practices for those exercises, the skill does walk you through the exercise but being prepared will help a lot.
