Gainsborough Freestyle Skill enables the user to control the lock remotely. Users would be able to remotely Lock and Unlock the door via skill. Users can also ask Alexa whether the door is shut or open.
1. The skill would be supported by any Android and iOS Smart phones that supports Wi-Fi.
2. Steps to link the accounts: 2.1. Open Gainsborough Freestyle app and commission/pair a Lock and a Gateway/Wi-Fi Bridge 2.2. Open Alexa app. 2.3. Search for the skill "Gainsborough Freestyle" 2.4. Enable the skill to be used. 2.5. A Gainsborough Freestyle Web login page pop-up arrives. 2.6. Key in the Gainsborough Freestyle credentials and sign-in. 2.7. The devices available in the respective Gainsborough Freestyle account would be auto discovered
3. This skill can be used to control a Lock that is installed on the house door. The user would be able to View/Lock/Unlock the door via the skill. For example if the user says "Unlock my front door", it unlocks the door named "Front door" remotely via a Wi-Fi call.
4. The user can search for the skill by it's name "Gainsborough Freestyle" and enable it to use. This skill needs the user to sign-in to Gainsborough Freestyle account. During the linking process a Gainsborough Web login page would be displayed to the user where Freestyle account credentials needs to be keyed in. On successful linking, the available devices commissioned/paired under the Freestyle account would be discovered and ready to be controlled by the user.
