Once you enable the Giant Eagle Pharmacy skill, Alexa will be able to help you manage your medications at home. Alexa can help you set up reminders to take all the prescription medications you pick up at Giant Eagle, and help you refill those medications when it is time. When you say “Alexa, manage my medication”, Alexa will guide you through creating a medication schedule and setting up automatic reminders when it is time to take them. When Alexa reminds you, you can also ask her which medication she is reminding you to take. You can also use Alexa to refill your prescription medications by saying “Alexa, refill my prescriptions”.
When you are ready to enable the skill, make sure you have a Giant Eagle prescription bottle with you in order to register your account. Alexa will also walk you through setting up a voice profile and personal passcode for your privacy. You will then be ready to refill prescriptions and set up medication reminders just by asking Alexa. By enabling this skill and linking your Giant Eagle Pharmacy account, you are consenting to Giant Eagle sharing your prescription information with Alexa.
