Our school district operates on a six day cycle schedule. Very often it's difficult for parents to remember what day in the cycle it is, or what day in the cycle a particular date is or was. This skill helps solve that problem. Simply say "Alexa, ask Greenburgh Schools, what day is today" or "Alexa, ask Greenburgh Schools what day is November 2nd". She will respond with something like "Monday, November 2 is Day 2". She will also tell you if there is an early dismissal or holiday on a date.
