With Guest Connect, you temporarily connect your Alexa account to compatible Echo devices registered to someone else's account and ask for your music and news. Guest Connect requires an Alexa account, Alexa voice profile, and a phone number linked to your Alexa profile. Say "Connect my account" to get started. Once connected, Alexa uses voice recognition to provide you with access to your music and news. Alexa only recognizes your voice on someone else's device if you are actively using Guest Connect. To disconnect your Alexa account, say, "Disconnect my account." If you forget to disconnect, Alexa will automatically disconnect you after 24 hours.
