Guided Workout takes you through a series of simple stretching exercises that take about 12 minutes to complete. This skill allows for short breaks between each stretch. Each stretch is accompanied by a simple illustration for users with display devices (Echo Show & Echo Spot). These stretches would be great to do in the morning or after a long workday to help release tension.
This is the first version of this skill and I plan to add workouts for strength and tone in the near future.
