Amazon Alexa and the Havells Sync home products work together to help you control the home appliances quickly and easily.
Now, You do not need to turn on the switch manually on the product. You can ask Alexa to turn on, turn off, set the temperature of the Water Heater after syncing the product. You can use Alexa on your Amazon Echo, Echo Dot, Amazon Tap, or Echo Show.


Learn to connect Alexa to your Havells Smart products in a few simple steps:
(1) Download the 'Havells Sync' app from Google play or apple app store;
(2) Create an account on Havells Sync app;
(3) Now configure your Havells smart devices in the 'Havells Sync' app.
(4) You can also rename your smart devices within the app.
(5) Download 'Amazon Alexa' app from Google play, apple app store, or Amazon app market;
(6) Search 'Havells Sync' skill on the 'Alexa' app under the skills & games section from more options;
(8) Tap on 'Enable to use' button to proceed to the Havells Sync login page;
(9) Enter ID as your Havells Sync account phone number and Pin as password;
(10) On successful sign-in, setup is complete.

You can enjoy the voice control on your home devices like these:
'Alexa, turn on Water Heater.'
'Alexa, turn off Water Heater.'
'Alexa set the temperature of the Water Heater to 60 degrees.'
