Amazon Echo and Hisense skill work together to help you interact with your Hisense smart appliances with your voice. Voice control through Alexa offers further convenience to the included IR remote control and the connect-from-anywhere HiSmart smartphone app.
To get started, select the “Enable Skill” button in the Alexa App to link your Hi-Smart Air account and discover your Hisense smart appliances. For further assistance about connecting to Smart home devices, please refer to http://amzn.to/291lR7u.
When using the skill, you need to specify by name which appliance the skill will be used with. There are two ways to define it/them: 1) Use the home appliance names you have set up. They are shown in HiSmart Air app and can be changed; 2) Create a group on the Smart Home page, such as Bedroom or Living room, and add different devices/appliances to the group. After connecting Alexa to your Hisense smart appliances, try saying commands like the following:
Portable Air Conditioner: -“Alexa, turn on air conditioner” -“Alexa, turn off air conditioner” -“Alexa, set air conditioner to (61~90) degrees” -“Alexa, increase air conditioner by (2~4) degrees” -“Alexa, decrease air conditioner by (2~4) degrees” -“Alexa, what is the temperature of air conditioner ?” -“Alexa, what is the air conditioner set to? ”
Dehumidifier: ON/OFF control: -“Alexa, turn on dehumidifier” -“Alexa, turn off dehumidifier”
