The session involves 45 seconds of each exercise, followed by 15 seconds of rest: Burpees, Mountain Climbers, Squat Jumps, Spiderman Push-Ups, Frog Squats, Knee-To-Chest Crunches, Kick Sits, Side Jumps, Plank Raises. Some additional exercises will be added and varied throughout the week to keep things interesting.
