With this Home Connect Alexa skill, you can control and monitor the most important functions of your washer via Amazon Alexa, such as starting a program or getting a notification when the laundry's done.

Features:
* Support of many programs and options (depending on your model)
* Easier and more natural interaction with the appliance:
> Add options and stain treatments one by one
> Use the programs and selections you already made on the washer's panel
* Shortcut: You can now enter Assist mode without launching the skill beforehand (“Alexa, tell My Washer to assist me.”)
* Contextual help messages: Say “more” or “help” to get further information at any point in the dialogue
* Stop finished program signal (“Alexa, tell My Washer to stop beeping.”)

Selection of supported commands:
“Alexa, tell My Washer to start the Cotton program.”
“Alexa, tell My Washer to start Mix.”
“Alexa, tell My Washer to set the temperature to cold.”
“Alexa, tell My Washer to start the laundry.”
“Alexa, tell My Washer to be finished in 4 hours.”
“Alexa, tell My Washer to start the Cotton Eco program with Extra Rinse and finish in six hours.”
“Alexa, ask My Washer when the laundry will be done.”
“Alexa, tell My Washer to set the spin speed to 400.”
“Alexa, tell My Washer to stop beeping.”
“Alexa, ask My Washer to turn off.”
“Alexa, ask My Washer for the status.”
“Alexa, tell My Washer to activate notifications.”
“Alexa, ask My Washer if I can reload the laundry.”
“Alexa, ask My Washer if it can launder my money.”

Further tips:
* If you don’t know the proper response to a question, just wait a few seconds and Alexa will tell you a range of possible options.
* If you want to speed up the dialogue, just interrupt by saying “Alexa, …” and your preferred command.
* In order to use this skill, you need to link your Home Connect account to Alexa. You can register an account in the Home Connect app. Please also make sure that you pair your washer with the Home Connect app.
* On some models, the child lock functionality is not supported. Please make sure that your child does not play with the Skill.
* If you want to cancel the session, just say “Stop” or “Alexa, stop”.
* This skill supports washer models with the Home Connect functionality from Bosch, Siemens and Gaggenau.
