What to cook understands the following commands:
"repeat" - to hear again the list of proposed recipes or the current step "next" or "okay" - once you are done with the current step, move to the next "previous step" - to step back one step "new recipe" - to start over with a new recipe "start over" - to get back to the first step of current recipe

Alexa will only wait for 8 seconds to get an answer. It will time-out after that, and quit the skill execution.
Home Cooking will always remember where you stand with your current recipe. When called again, it will continue from where you left it.
