As a resident of Tampa Bay since 1996, Dali Hernandez offers a wealth of buying and selling expertise in the Tampa Bay area. She has also recently begun working with a developer in Costa Rica in order to broaden her reach in the international real estate market. A Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist, Dali has been awarded high honors in the real estate community, including first place in closed volume in 2016. She also recently sold the highest priced home in Pasco County since 2008 at $2.5 million. Dali studied business at The University of Tampa and has a background in Fashion Design and Marketing. She is the Creative Director for House of Dali Designs, staging and design company in Tampa – her designs have been featured in outlets such as the Tampa Bay Times, Creative Loafing, and FOX13. Through her time in the design industry, Dali has honed an eye for style and detail that aids her in beautifully staging houses for her clients so that they sell quickly and at the right price. Dali uses her extensive and varied expertise in business, finance, lending, and design to create an effortless experience for all involved, ensuring that each of her clients has a buying and selling process that is tailor-made to suit their needs.
