With the Hu-Friedy Sharpening Assistant, keeping your dental instruments sharp is easy! Dental professionals now have a simple educational tool which can walk them through the step-by-step instructions for sharpening any Hu-Friedy scaler or curette. Start by saying saying “Alexa, open Hu-Friedy Sharpening Assistant”. Once the skill is launched, this will trigger the welcome menu and let you choose what instrument you would like to sharpen. The Hu-Friedy Sharpening Assistant recognizes all Hu-Friedy part numbers. If you don’t know the exact part number, you can say the type of instrument such as sickle scaler, universal curette, or Gracey curette. Then, follow along with all the sharpening steps!
