Hunt the Wumpus was originally a text based game programmed in BASIC over forty years ago. This skill brings the same game to the Alexa Platform, with a voice interface!
The player is spawned in a random room in a five-by-five grid, with directions North, South, East, and West. Two bats, two holes, and Wumpus are also spawned. The bats are huge, and will carry you away to a random room if you touch them. The two holes are too deep for the player to climb out, and will result in a game over if touched. The Wumpus has suckers to crawl above holes, is too heavy to be carried by bats, and will eat you if you touch it or if it sneaks up on you. But don't worry! You have your trusty bow and quiver and can shoot the Wumpus to win the game.
Hints: -You can hear nearby bats. -You can smelly the stinky Wumpus when it is nearby. -You can feel the breeze from nearby holes.
