Choose What To Hear. > Once you have selected a case, you decide which parts you want to listen to. You’re the judge! > ‘Background’ - gives you the back story behind the case > ‘Claim’ - short description about what the specific trial is about > ‘Plaintiff’ or ‘Applicant’ or ‘Claimant’ - the party that brought the case to court explains its argument > ‘Defendant’ - the party that is being sued or accused gives its argument > ‘Jury’ or ‘Lower’ - hear the advice or counsel of the jury, (or the lower court for the premium supreme cases). > ‘Ruling’ - when you are ready to make your ruling. Give your decision. You will be asked to say ‘yes or no’, or ‘guilty or innocent’, depending on the case.
