If you has no device on iCam365 App, the add device on iCam365 first.
After account linked,your can discover devices, and you will got devices in 45 seconds.
If everything is ok, you can watch realtime video in 2 ways:
1. Tap one camera, and then realtime video automatic played.
2. If you has a device named 'office', you can say "Alexa, open office camera" anytime and relax.
