This service requires an active subscription to INFINITI Connection*, which is complimentary for the first 6 months of ownership [*]. As an added security measure, a PIN is required before the Remote Door Lock/Unlock feature can be used. This PIN is established when enrolling in INFINITI Connection. If you have not yet enrolled in INFINITI Connection or need to re-set your PIN, download the INFINITI Connection app or visit www.owners.infinitiusa.com/iowners/.
