A common problem that many budding linguists face is that we are just unable to determine how words written in the International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA) are pronounced. Luckily, the IPA Phoneme Pronouncer skill can help! To pronounce a word, say "pronounce" and list out the phonemes in the word. Make sure that you are using exact terminology, as listed on IPAChart.github.io. For example, to pronounce the word "bat", we would say, pronounce voiced bilabial plosive, near open front unrounded vowel, voiceless alveolar plosive.
