The Island Federal Credit Union skill is another way to easily access information about your checking, savings, and loan account balances & transactions!
To get started, you must first have a username and password for Island Federal Online Banking or the Island Federal Mobile app. If you do not have a username and password, please go to islandfcu.com and in the upper right corner choose First Time.
Once you have your Island Federal online\mobile banking username and password please follow the below instructions:
• Open the Alexa app • Search for and enable the Island Federal skill • Enter your Island Federal online\mobile banking username and password • Read and accept the terms and conditions to complete account linking • Create a 6-digit security code for the Island Federal skill. Note for security purposes, you will be asked for your security code each time you open the skill

Once you’ve enabled the skill, say “Alexa, open Island Federal”.
Here are a few voice commands that you can use:
Ask for a summary of your information: “Account summary” “List my accounts”
Ask for account balance information: “What is my checking account balance?” “What is my balance for account ending in 1234?”
Ask for pending transactions that are still being processed: “What are my pending transactions?”
Ask for recent transactions: “What are my recent transactions?” “What is my checking account activities for current month?”
Customer Support Information: “What is the customer support number?” “What are the customer support hours?”
