Want to get information from JAMIS Prime using your voice? Now you can with the JAMIS Prime skill on Alexa. With the JAMIS Prime skill, we’re making it easier than ever to check your Inventory Stock Status, Opportunities, Contacts, Cases and Approvals using your voice.
To get started, enable the skill, link your JAMIS Prime account. For added security, you will need to create a 5-digit Authorization Code in JAMIS Prime User Profile that Alexa will ask for whenever you open the skill.
Once you’ve enabled the skill, simply say “Alexa, open JAMIS Prime.” From there, Alexa can help you getting information from JAMIS Prime. Try saying the following commands:
When prompted for 5-digit Authorization Code, answer (do not forget setup Authorization code in JAMIS Prime)

For entering Time Card, try saying
• “Enter 8 hours for today” (Skill will prompt for Job Name)
• "Enter 8 hours on Engineering support job for today"
• “Enter time card” (Skill will prompt you for Hours, Job Name, and Date)
Valid Days: Today, Yesterday, Tomorrow, any weekday, or day in format like, November 3d.
For finding Contact, try (Skill will prompt for First Name, Last Name and Company Name)

For updating Contact Phone Number, try (Skill will prompt for First Name, Last Name and Company Name to look up Contact)
