With the Kidde RemoteLync and Alexa, you can now monitor the status of your RemoteLync Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm or Smoke Alarm using your voice. To use this skill, you will need a Kidde RemoteLync Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm or Smoke Alarm. To get started, select the ENABLE TO USE button in the Alexa App to link your RemoteLync account.
Once the Skill is enabled and your account is linked, you can say “Alexa, ask Kidde Alarm”.
If you have a Kidde RemoteLync Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm or Smoke Alarm you can ask about the status of your alarms, for example: “Alexa, What is the Status of the Kidde Alarm in the Kitchen?” or “Alexa, Ask Kidde Alarm to check the battery status?”
