Use the Lenovo Smart Frame app to set up and remotely control your Lenovo Smart Frame device. Simply enable the Lenovo Smart Frame Skill in the Alexa app or the Lenovo Smart Frame app and link your Alexa and Lenovo ID to get started.
You can speak to any Alexa enabled devices to ask a Lenovo Smart Frame to show different contents.
After enable Lenovo Smart Frame Skill, you can use voice commands to control the frame such as switching between different content channels, photo play control, brightness control, or turn on/off the frame.
Please note that each voice command needs to specify the name of the frame device. E.g, “Lenovo Smart Frame” below in each of the sample commands is the device name. And you can set the device name in Lenovo Smart Frame app.
To control the frame to switch between different content channels, simply say: “Alexa, next channel on Lenovo Smart Frame.” “Alexa, previous channel on Lenovo Smart Frame.” “Alexa, channel up on Lenovo Smart Frame.” “Alexa, channel down on Lenovo Smart Frame.”
For photo control, say: “Alexa, next (photo) on Lenovo Smart Frame.” “Alexa, previous (photo) on Lenovo Smart Frame.” “Alexa, pause Lenovo Smart Frame.” “Alexa, resume Lenovo Smart Frame.” “Alexa, stop Lenovo Smart Frame.”
To control the brightness, say: “Alexa, dim Lenovo Smart Frame.” “Alexa, brighten Lenovo Smart Frame.” “Alexa, set Lenovo Smart Frame to 70%.”
To control the frame display on or off, say: “Alexa, turn on Lenovo Smart Frame.” “Alexa, turn off Lenovo Smart Frame.”
By enabling Lenovo Smart Frame skill, you can use voice command towards any Alexa enabled devices to control displaying content on your Lenovo Smart Frame devices. Enjoy!
