You can specify:
Room
Start Time, including AM or PM.
Duration
If you aren't logged in, Alexa will ask you to log in using the mobile app.
If you don't specify a room, Alexa will use Third Floor East.
If the room you requested is unavailable, you will be given the closest available room.
If you don't specify a start time, Alexa will assume you want the meeting booked now.
If you don't specify AM or PM, Alexa will assume AM.
If you don't specify a duration, Alexa will assume 1 hour.
Alexa rounds the meeting's start and end times to the closest half hour that accomodates the entire duration requested. You will usually be given more time than requested, but never less.
Alexa can only book meetings starting today.
You can always edit the meeting length later from the YArooms website or tablet.
You can say something like: "Alexa, ask the Tech Park to Book Third Floor East at 5pm"
Or, you can say "Alexa, open the Tech Park" and once prompted say "Book Third Floor East at 5pm for 1 hour."
