Mars Age

The Mars Age skill was designed as an easy way for people who are interesting in knowing their age on Mars to do so.

To use the skill, enable it then say "open Mars Age". After you give the date (month, day, year), Alexa will reply with your age on Mars if you were born at the same time.

A year is defined as the time taken by a planet to make one revolution around the Sun. For Earth a year takes about 365.26 (Earth) days, but for Mars a year takes about 686.93 (Earth) days. Since a year takes longer to occur on Mars, you wouldn't be as many years old if you were born there.

Note: When giving a date to the skill, if you leave out the day it will default to the first, the month it will default to January, and for the year it will default to the current year or if the date has already passed it will be the following year.
