The new MobileHelp skill allows customers and their caregivers to get information about their MobileHelp account or devices by engaging with the MH Connect application. Whether you need the last location of your mobile device, or just need the phone number for customer care, you can simple request this information through Alexa. To use this skill with the invocation phrase, you will need to link to your existing MobileHelp account.
