With the MicroBot Push skill for Alexa, you can now control a wide range of analog products with MicroBot Push. MicroBot Push turns dumb products smart. Dumb products are such as light switches, house appliances, elevators, coffee makers, power outlets, digital door locks, coffee makers, electric fans, ventiation switches, thermostats, garage doors, pin ball machines, spring cooler switches, hot tub buttons, PC power buttons, and more. The possibilities are endless. - Alexa, turn on the Bedroom Light - Alexa, turn off the Livingroom Light - Alexa, turn on the Bathroom Ventilation - Alexa, turn off the Kitchen Ventilation - Alexa, turn on the Hot Tub - Alexa, turn off the Power Outlet - Alexa, turn off the Electric Fan - Alexa, turn on the Coffee Maker - Alexa, turn off the Thermostat - Alexa, turn on the Spring Coolers - Alexa, turn off the PC
You will need the following for Smart Home Skills: - MicroBot Push device and paired with the smartphone - MicroBot Push app from iOS AppStore or PlayStore (use following link if you cannot find the app: (iOS) https://itunes.apple.com/app/microbot-push/id1094635156?mt=8 (Android) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=info.prota.push) - MicroBot account created via the MicroBot Push app - MicroBot account link authenticated with Amazon Alexa app
HOW TO SETUP MICROBOT PUSH APP - Download and open MicroBot Push app on your smartphone - Allow all Push Notification and Location from MicroBot Push app - Enter your email address for authentication - Open your email inbox and tap the authentication link from the email you received. - Redirects to your MicroBot Push app and see if the app shows “Ready to Use” page and select Done - Set up complete
HOW TO LINK MICROBOT PUSH APP AND AMAZON ALEXA APP - Download Amazon Alexa app on your smartphone - Log in to your Amazon Alexa app - Select Enable to link the MicroBot for Smart Home with your Amazon account - Redirects to your MicroBot Push app and select Open with web-browser, and then it redirects to your web-browser (close the web-browser if already open prior to this step) - Re-open Amazon Alexa app and close the pop-up window - Smart Home linked and setup complete - Select discover device (at least one MicroBot Push device must be paired with your smartphone using MicroBot Push app) - If you have skipped Discover device, select Smart Home and then Add device
