Appliance search
To control appliances using smart home commands, first add them using the appliance search function in the Alexa app or say: “Alexa, find my appliances”.
Please also follow the installation instructions provided below.

Start functions when you leave home, before you return at the end of the day, or after enjoying dinner with family and friends – you decide exactly when and how they all work.
Functions
The Miele Smart Home Skill enables you to control your appliances in next to no time.
The following control options are available*:
– Switching on/off (washing machine, tumble dryer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, steam oven, microwave, combi-steam oven, robot vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, ventilation hood, Gourmet drawer) – Ventilation stages (ventilation hood) – Reading the temperature (refrigerator, freezer, bottom-mount unit, Dialog Oven, oven, speed oven, steam oven, combi-steam oven, steam oven with microwave, wine storage unit, wine conditioning unit, wine storage and conditioning unit, Gourmet drawer) – SuperCool (refrigerator or bottom-mount unit) – SuperFrost (freezer or bottom-mount unit) – “Turbo”, “Silent”, “Spot”, and “Auto” cleaning programs (Miele Scout robot vacuum cleaner) – Switching on the lighting (cooktop lighting on the ventilation hood)
Installation
Activate the skill, add your appliances, and you’re ready to go: all you need is the Miele@mobile app (available in the app store for your smartphone’s operating system) and a Miele@home account. You can set up your account either at www.miele.de or directly in the Miele@mobile app. Then simply link your account in the Alexa app to enjoy all the skill’s benefits! Please also follow the appliance search instructions provided above.
