Molekule Air Quality Review allows you to check the air quality in your area in seconds by using your device’s location and data from AirNow, which uses the official U.S. Air Quality Index (AQI), and is a partner of the NOAA.
HOW DOES IT WORK? To get started, simply ask Alexa questions like, "Alexa, how is the air quality today?" or "Alexa, what’s the air quality near me?" and the Molekule Air Quality Review skill will use your enabled device’s location to pull data from AirNow to provide you with the air quality in your area.
You can also launch the skill by using its invocation name, such as: “Alexa, launch Air Quality Index” and then ask for the air quality near you using one of our many phrases.
You can say phrases like... -"What is today’s air quality score?" -"Get me today’s air quality report" -"What's the air quality like today?" -"Tell me today's air quality rating" -"What’s today’s air quality index?" -"What’s the air quality rating near me today?"
And many more.
Once you request the air quality level in your area from Molekule Air Quality Review, you will receive the actual air quality index number followed by whether or not that number is good, moderate, unhealthy, etc.
You will also receive additional health related information around what groups of people in particular (such as elderly, children, etc.) might be affected by the current air quality along with recommendations on whether you should be outdoors or not.
